Regarding Junk E-Mail (aka Spam)
Our apologies once again if you are here because you received unsolicited e-mail that appears to have originated from "someone"@staircase.com. It is a common practice for spammers to fake the return address of the messages they send. This saves them the time and cost of dealing with replies from the many (thousands and thousands) of people they have annoyed. This is just one of many ways they disrespect all honest users of the Internet, and pollute an otherwise great resource. We hope that someday there will be a solution to this pestilence, but in the short term it is going to continue get worse before it gets better.

Thank you for visiting staircase.com. Let us all hope that someday the Internet & email will become ours again.
